MDDL Implementation Assistance
FISD/MDDL is offering, as a service to our members, free assistance in mapping data content into MDDL in an effort to
extend the specification and to encourage adoption of MDDL. Rather than undertake this task on your own, why not enlist
the aid of a knowledgeable guide?
FISD Chief Technologist James Hartley, one of the
MDDL architects and editors of the specification, can work with your data experts to ensure your data can be conveyed via
MDDL. Working as part of your team, James will facilitate interpreting MDDL as it applies to your content providing
clarifications and identifying gaps in the standard. Any necessary modifications, as a result of this exercise,
will be introduced into the specification enhancement process for the next release.
If a meeting cannot be arranged as part of a regularly scheduled association trip (see
our schedule) then, for the price of an airline ticket (literally),
James can meet at your offices to assist you in starting your MDDL implementation. This meeting can be scheduled
in the strictest confidence should such an arrangement be necessary. Please note, this offer is only
available to FISD or MDDL members (see our membership form) for a
limited time.
For more information, please contact James Hartley directly or via e-mail.
